1.  How can I track my order?

After placing an order, your that order has to complete several steps/stages before it's done with "Delivery". To track order status, please follow the below steps:


Login to your “DidhahinBazar Account” 

Go to “Account” > “My Orders” > “View All”

From the order list, click on the "Order Number" that you want to track.

Click on Track Package

That will lead you to the “Delivery Detail” page.

From the “Delivery Detail” page, you can get the updated status of your recently placed order as per updated progress.


2.  How do I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order so easily from DidhahinBazar App and Website.


 Sign in to your DidhahinBazar account and go to account section.

Select “My Orders” > “View All” > Press on the order number you want to cancel.

Under each item on the right, you can see a cancel button.

Press on the cancel button to cancel the item or order.

Fill in the cancellation request form:

-Select your cancellation reason.

-You can add a comment about why you want to cancel.

-Make sure you read and agree with the cancellation policy and click on the box

-Click on"Submit".
